The successful candidate will be a seasoned and strategic HR leader, responsible for partnering with Executive Members and senior leaders across various business units to provide comprehensive HR guidance and support. This includes leading the development and implementation of HR plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's vision and mission. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce, and ensuring that HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement, and reward performance.Key responsibilities for the Vice President, HR Business Partner include developing and implementing an integrated global HR strategy for the business units, anticipating the future needs of the organization, and partnering with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in senior HR business partner roles, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and proven work experience with a global mindset across multiple cultures. They should have the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives that drive performance and foster employee engagement, as well as experience in partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute human capital strategies that support business objectives.
