The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting applicants in order to build a pipeline for current and future positions. The Recruiter will act as a consultant to hiring managers regarding recruitment processes within legal and company policies as well as assists in writing advertisements, analyzing reports and trends, be familiar with current and developing sourcing techniques and can articulate and understand the specific role requirements. The Recruiter must have the ability to successfully manage multiple markets and staff for various properties simultaneously. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: • Responsible for making connections and developing relationships within resort operations to gain a clear understanding of the business. • Create a high-quality internal database and build a pipeline with relevant pre-screened resort operations candidates. • Ability to successfully maintain staffing metrics standards consistently. • Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to open job requisitions. • Works from requisitions, and closely with recruitment team, to ensure enough qualified employees are available to staff company operations. • Analyze or understand recruitment metrics and data to improve hiring processes and strategies. • Ability to recommend appropriate offer rate in consideration of wage range, relevant experience and internal equity. • Availability to travel up to 25%. • Assist in managing the strategy and execution of the online recruiting campaigns. • Flexible to work outside business hours as needed, weekends if needed. Qualifications • Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a strong desire to succeed. • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment or related field. • Basic understanding of the timeshare industry and resort operations preferred. • Understanding of HR processes and procedures. • Excellent time management and planning skills. Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. #INDRO1 #ZRRO1
