DescriptionSeeking a highly motivated and exceptional Vice President of Sales Operations to spearhead store operations across the southwest US. As the VP of Sales Operations, this role will play a critical role to establish positive market presence, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.• VP will ensure proper planning, growth, relevance, administration, and oversight of their personnel within the company’s strategic plans, budget, targets and executes on standard policies and procedures• Work with various business partners to drive awareness of sales projects• Responsible to drive company growth and sales strategies to improve and excel operational excellence• Outstanding ability to execute and motivate large teams across various states to meet performance standards• Safeguards the velocity of operations to meet company standards and objectives to increase MoM and YoY sales initiatives• Pursue sales strategies to drive market penetration and performance KPIs• Exceptional leadership responsibility experience and track record is an absolute must• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations and make certain best in class customer service• Maintain high associate satisfaction, excellent inter-department communication, and achieve high employee morale are very important objectivesRequirements• 10+ years in management and leadership responsibility driving a sales capacity with proven track record of success• Strong knowledge of business and retail operations• Furniture Industry Experience is a must• Conflict and resolution driven with the ability to perform due diligence• Weekend + Holidays; 70% travelBenefits We Offer• Health, Dental, Vision• Paid Vacation and Holidays• Generous Employee Discount Program• Professional Development Opportunities• Telehealth• 401(k) and Profit Sharing• Life Insurance
