The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both qualitative and quantitative market research studies, analyzing data to identify business opportunities and threats, and providing actionable insights to support business strategies. This role requires a leader who can collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, account management, and product development, to integrate customer feedback into decision-making and to develop innovative pricing strategies that enhance market share and profitability. The VP will also be a thought leader on market trends and pricing models, and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.Candidates for the VP, Strategic Market Research and Pricing role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in market analytics and research, particularly within a healthcare or related environment. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in building and leading teams is also required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, retain and apply information, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include not only leading a team of market research and pricing professionals, but also fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
