VP of Investor Relations – Private Markets/Alternatives Fund SalesA dynamic global alternative asset management firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales/Investor Relations to expand our LP coverage team in the US. Candidates must be based or be willing to relocate to New York to work from our Manhattan offices.About Us:We are a global alternative asset manager with a strong pedigree in private equity, credit, and real assets. Our firm has a distinguished history of delivering superior returns across multiple private markets asset classes and across cycles.Key Responsibilities:- Help drive the expansion and more comprehensive coverage of US LPs- Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments/foundations, and institutional family offices- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor investment solutions that meet client needs- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and new investment strategies- Organize and lead high-impact investor roadshows and events- Work collaboratively with senior and junior team members to contribute to the overall growth of our sales and investor relations organizationRequirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales/investor relations at a private equity, private credit, or other private markets/alternatives firm- Have existing relationships with institutional investor contacts in the US and Canada- Strong knowledge of private markets with a track record of selling private equity, private credit, real estate, and/or infrastructure funds US LPs- Willingness and enthusiasm to engage in prospective investor outreach as well as commensurate travelOpportunity:- Ability to cover and grow institutional relationships through marketing and selling our strong private markets funds and co-investment offerings- Exposure to differentiated investment products and the ability to cover and build high-profile clients- Competitive compensation package with significant performance-based component- Collaborative culture that values entrepreneurship, work ethic, integrity, and excellenceIf you are a driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the alternative investments space, we want to hear from you.
