Are you ready to take on a dynamic leadership role in property management?Join us as Regional Property Manager! In this position, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential communities, guiding leadership teams to excel in customer satisfaction and financial performance.Job Description• Manage the overall operations of a portfolio of properties in the region, including budgeting, financial performance, strategic planning, and goal setting.• Optimize occupancy rates and rental income and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies.• Monitor and control operating expenses and oversee capital improvement projects and maintenance requests.• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including fair housing, Osha safety, and environmental standards.• Negotiate and oversee contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.• Communicate effectively with residents, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of property managers, maintenance staff, and customer service team, and provide training and development opportunities.• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified and diverse staff, and conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field, or equivalent work experience.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least two years in a regional or multi-site role.• Strong knowledge of property management software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.• Ability to travel regularly within the region and attend meetings and training as required.• Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar designation preferred.Competitive Benefits include but are not limited to: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, 401k Retirement Plan w/company match, Paid Sick, Vacation and Holidays, Bonus Program and more!Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededAbility to Relocate:• Carlsbad, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
