One Data Streaming Platform.Data Connects Us.About the Role:Confluent is growing at an incredible rate, with a large amount of growth taking place within our sales organization. We are seeking a Program Manager to join our GTM System Operations team in Sales Operations to help support our GTM strategy and growth. Reporting to the GTM Systems Operations - Sr. Manager, you will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally throughout our organization on various projects and be a champion driving projects involving system and process improvements for the Sales Org. For this role, an organized, innovative, proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is imperative.What You Will Do:- Program manages initiatives with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to incubate new initiatives aiming to reduce friction within the sales organization- Ownership of internal sales operations newsletter that informs operations, analytics, and systems stakeholders of projects and enhancements.- Own GTMSO Jira Board - which tracks Sales Operations projects in process and in backlog.- Document and maintain ongoing initiatives within GTMSO Run regular cadence meetings with stakeholders, including coordination of Steering/Operations Committee meetings.- Assist in defining, landing, and executing strategic initiatives for the Sales Organization; Works to remove any operation/organizational barriers.- Continually look for and suggest ways to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness via our GTM systems.What You Will Bring:- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills3+ years of Program Management experience- Experience in a B2B or SaaS organization- Proactive and passionate, independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results- Positive work style, focus on getting things done, and a strong desire to learn and grow.What Gives You an Edge:- PMP Certification- Knowledge/experience with GTM/sales systems- Sales or Operations ExperienceCome As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture. This position has an annual estimated salary of $123,500 - $145,440, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
