We are looking for an Conga CLM Solution Architect to join our team at Globant!

We’re seeking a Conga CLM Solution Architect to add to our team to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

Responsible for serving as the project lead and Solution Architect for Conga CLM implementation projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to Globant clients
Demonstrate deep Contract Management business acumen
Ability to lead workshops and facilitate meetings to defined outcomes
Responsible for documentation including architecture, requirements, user stories, designs, deployment plans, etc.
Responsible for creating/maintaining detailed Solution Design documents for Conga CLM projects
Ability to translate Solution Design concepts to Conga configuration consultants as well as custom developers at a level that will allow those individuals to be successful in their roles configuring / developing Conga CLM capabilities.
Elicit and document client needs/requirements
Ability and willingness to complete hands on configuration activities as needed
Ability to direct team members on activities required to successfully deliver projects
Creative problem solver for complex technical requirements and to ensure successful project delivery
Complete hands-on configuration activities
Participate in and collaborate with leadership team on continuous improvement for project delivery methodology, templates, internal knowledge sharing, etc.
Support client-driven User Acceptance Test activities
Find creative solutions in order to successfully implement requirements
Support sales activities and create estimates and SOWs
Participate in and build relationships within the Conga community

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
5+ years of experience with successful project delivery on the Apttus/Conga CLM platform
Hands-on experience with multiple Conga CLM implementations
Functional knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management processes
Experience producing requirements and solution design documents
Track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Be a self-starter and results-oriented - he/she will be able to take a task and achieve its objectives with minimal guidance
Be creative, resourceful and able to think outside the box
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Required to work US-business hours
Ability to work well with a client team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Conga CLM Certification
Consulting experience

Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $175,000 to $200,000. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
