The Role:

Congo Brands is seeking a Consumer Support Representative to join our team full-time. The Consumer Support Representative reports to the Consumer Support Manager and is responsible for interacting with customers between multi-channel communications, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while improving overall customer experience. 

This role is on-site at our Louisville, KY headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize multi-channel communications and customer support requests via email, live chat, and text
  • Identify the appropriate responses and solutions to solve customer inquiries in a timely manner that is on-brand and in line with company values
  • Communicate and serve customers with a positive attitude and professionalism
  • Provide customers with product recommendations 
  • Moderate website reviews, content, and returns 
  • Prepares weekly and monthly CS reports 
  • Working closely with other internal departments such as our E-Commerce, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse Teams 
  • Operating various internal software; this includes, but is not limited to, shipping and fulfillment software, subscription management, and rewards applications
  • File and track Quality Assurance Claims 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to analyze customer data and has problem-solving skills 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelors Degree preferred
