Epicor ERP Specialist (AU IT, WFH)

Salary: P120,000 – P160,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

  • Maintain and administer the Epicor ERP system, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Configure modules, workflows, and business processes within Epicor to meet company needs.
  • Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and queries using SQL and Epicor tools.
  • Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and production teams to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing user support and training.
  • Assist with Epicor upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement automation and process improvements.
  • Maintain system security, user roles, and permissions.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
