Warranty Coordinator - CSR (AU Retail, Hybrid)

Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM PHT) 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service environment required, Operations, Sales Support, and/or Customer Support related functions 
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office Application particularly on MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel 
  • SAP experience is advantageous

Nice to Have: 

  • Candidate with customer support experience is preferred

 What will you do? 

  • Assist with reporting of all warranty related matters 
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements for warranty completion and information in warranty portal. 
  • Maintain customer claim requirements within SAP System (training to be provided) 
  • Ensure claims and replacements are executed in SAP within SLA timeframe. 
  • Escalate all complaints and issues to reporting manager/lead 
  • Review claims and charges to ensure they align with warranty procedure policy 
  • Responsible for answering telephones and sorting of customer enquiries and requests for information pertaining to warranty 
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and escalate to reporting manager where necessary 
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure high level of customer service. 
  • Other adhoc tasks as required by Management
