Contracts Manager
Constant Contact is looking for a Contracts Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively with multiple departments.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and contract management tools
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various types of agreements
- Act as the primary contact between business and legal
- Manage supplier contract renewals, amendments, addenda, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Juris Doctor a plus
