Whether it's resellers evangelizing the benefits of the Constant Contact product suite, or franchises and other larger strategic partnerships integrating our tools into their core business, partners are a key growth lever for Constant Contact. These organizations often have different product requirements than our direct customers and therefore require a special product focus.
What you'll do:
- Be the liaison between our Partners, Partner Sales, and Ops Teams to collect product requests that impact the larger Product Delivery organization
- Partner with the Product Marketing, Program Management, Support, and Sales teams to ensure our product releases and priorities are driven by customer needs
- Be the voice and advocate of our product portfolio, and the respective long-term roadmap with external partners and developers, along with our internal stakeholders that support them
- Collaborate with our Partner program internal stakeholders, UX Research, and "Voice of the Customer" teams to build and execute on the feature roadmap for our recently redesigned partner interface and public API
- Take the lead in redesigning the Constant Contact partner reporting module with the goal of providing our partners with the insights they need to optimize their own customers' success
- Maintain API usage metrics and collaborate with support and CLM to migrate legacy API users to the latest experience
- Be a key contributor to all agile scrum team events including daily stand-ups, team refinements, scrum planning, etc.
- Write detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria to translate stakeholder requirements to the engineering teams for both the Partner and Public API
- Monitor competitive activities and feedback from Sales, Support, and Product Marketing, identify gaps and opportunities, share insights and recommended actions
- Assist in the development of integrated, cross-functional GTM plans that drive awareness and adoption of our products, and ensure seamless go-to-market and roll-out strategy
This is a hybrid role working a few days a month from our Waltham, MA headquarters.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Product Management role and a Bachelors degree
- Ability to work 3 - 4 days/month minimum from our Waltham, MA location and when needed for events or meetings; otherwise work is done remotely
- Knowledge SaaS billing and payments is a plus
- Experience with Agile development and JIRA
- Self-motivated with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives with little oversight
- Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional collaboration skills
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Passionate for helping small businesses succeed

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
