Provide Real Time support for inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat.
Maintain IEX Total View workforce management tool.
Provide reporting for resource utilization and staff performance evaluation.
Works within a high performing team to deliver quality reporting.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Education
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree preferred
