Data Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

Constrafor, a SaaS and fintech platform for construction, is seeking an analytical-minded Data Operations Analyst to join the Credit team. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Credit operations and portfolio data.

Skills

2-4 years of experience in data analysis or operations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field
Programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with financial statements and lending products
Familiarity with data visualization and statistical analysis
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop data pipelines and automate workflows to streamline internal Credit processes
Monitor customer financial data for potential risks and trends
Analyze financial datasets to assess credit and default risk
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis using SQL and Python
Participate in cross-functional projects with engineering and product teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field
