Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager focuses on the overall planning, management, and launch of our new sites. This position plays a vital role in achieving our mission to bring PACE to seniors in need.

The Construction Project Manager will be accountable for day-to-day operations and completion of work for assigned design and construction projects, including monitoring critical milestones, finance tracking, vendor oversight, equipment procurement, and occupancy services. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with all members of the project team, architects, municipality, landlord, vendors, and senior leadership.

Essential Job Duties:

• Play a key role in and actively participate in all phases of the project from the lease negotiation, design through construction, and aiding the launch of the new site
• Direct a single complex project or multiple smaller projects
• Knowledgeable with estimation, establishing budgets, and contract pricing (GMP/Lump Sum)
• Assist with management schedule and budget trackers (Excel spreadsheet, Smartsheet, Procore, MS Project, or scheduling meeting)
• Develop and maintain good relationships with Landlord, Architect, and General Contractor
• Oversee project materials, equipment procurement, and vendor within the project's budget constraints and consistent with the project delivery schedule

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Construction, Business, or Healthcare related field
• Three (3) years of experience in project management in a rapid design/construction environment
• Preferred two (2) years of experience working on OSHPD projects at minimum OSHPD3 level
• PMP Certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting Architectural/MEP drawings
• Knowledgeable of Building/ADA code compliance, OSHPD requirement, design standards/constraints, permit process, and experience working with an architect team

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $115K (MIN) - $125K (MED) + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
