Role Overview

As part of the Consulting team based in NYC (or remotely), you will play an integral part leading delivery of Fifty-Five projects for clients across data strategy, architecture, media, or user-centric site optimization. You will manage a team of data analysts and set a high bar of quality for client focused delivery, reporting directly to the executive director. You will be critical to growing our business in NYC

Expected Capabilities

Given the often evolving nature of client engagements, you demonstrate technical, strategic and organizational understanding of the challenges your clients are facing.

  • Lead and manage project teams; set the standard on deliverable quality; ensure processes and best practices are followed
  • Analyze client needs and challenges; propose solutions in a concise, clear and realistic way and to implement a structured approach
  • Digital expertise: ability to analyze and optimize digital activities around the cross channel customer journey (media, general audience analysis, acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention)
  • Create project plans, estimate workstreams, and drive teams to quality, timely delivery
  • Responsible for account planning, owning and expanding client relationships
  • Drive project scope definition and translate into business requirements and solution conceptualization
  • Drive prioritization and alignment with clients to create roadmaps
  • Drive organizational alignment and understand how that affects successful project delivery
  • Plan and facilitate workshops; lead a room to align around an organizing idea
  • Contribute to the growth of the business, leading proposal creation, responding to RFPs, expanding existing account footprints by identifying and converting upsell opportunities
  • Experience leveraging martech/adtech tools (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud) and online acquisition channels (Search, Display, Social, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital consulting, digital marketing, business strategy and analysis and strategy (Masters degree a plus but not required)
  • Excellent written, visual and oral communication; fluency in storytelling and visual communications via slides and data visualization
  • A proactive with a strong sense of ownership. Can-do approach to coach and lead teammates in-person and/or remotely
  • Experience working with the data-driven marketing ecosystem of technologies including but not limited to:
    • Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics),
    • Developer tools (GTM, Tealium),
    • Media tools (Ad server, search, display buying, social media),
    • Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services),
    • Data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau)
