We’re looking for a Content Management & Optimization Analyst II to join our team.
The Content Management & Optimization Analyst II supports the Knowledge Management’s strategy by creating and updating content for all support levels and formats of knowledge. Additionally, optimizing the self-service content and user search results to support the effective use of Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding, and machine learning-based search and AI chat interact.
What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Ability to create and design user workflows for interactive storytelling and conversational AI chat
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Create and optimize knowledgebase content and identify content that fits best in the AI chat tool vs. the cognitive search tool
Understanding of the NLP/NLU and machine learning systems and interactive AI chat
Determine what action needs to be taken based on what the user’s experience
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- 2 years’ experience working in Knowledge Management and working in an IT call center environment

Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated

Basic to advanced level of knowledge or Computer Systems, Sharepoint, Apple devices and self-help instructional video creation

Experience working with developers and system engineers to improve user experience: design, UI, and content optimization
