Content Manager

We are now looking for a Content Manager to join the Sweden Marketing team in our Stockholm office. As our Content Manager, you’ll collaborate across marketing operations and business teams to understand priorities and work to create and deliver an effective multi-channel content marketing strategy and editorial plan that meets the company’s goals. The work is both about continuously managing and optimizing content, and also about creating copy for our web, newsletter, printed material, social media, and other channels.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage our content strategy with the aim to grow organic traffic from the core target audience and attract and retain patients.
  • Set relevant KPIs and lead effective processes that enable us to run a smooth content machine.
  • Translate consumer insight into powerful messages and bring our personality to life in a tangible and meaningful way.
  • With the target audience and marketing goals in mind, deliver high-quality content for Kry’s channels – ranging from blog posts, social media, newsletters, landing pages, paid ads, etc.
  • Coordinate planning and production of content with relevant stakeholders and create a plan according to traffic goals and departmental priorities.
  • Audit existing content, identify gaps, and manage the process of getting content into production.
  • Serve as the editorial gatekeeper for all editorial content to ensure quality, clarity, creativity, authenticity, and consistency while bringing the vision of the brand to life through compelling, elevated copy.
  • Execute the existing style guide to deliver copy/content that reflects the brand and keeps it stringent.

Who you are

  • You have substantial copywriting experience working either in-house or at an agency.
  • You have the ability to master a range of channels and deliver copy according to their varying formats.
  • You have a creative mindset, with the ability to not only execute but also bring new copy and content ideas to the table.
  • You have a ‘get shit done’ attitude – and are willing to dig out the information needed to deliver your work.
  • You have a relevant degree or diploma.
  • You are fluency in Swedish (native speaker) and English.
  • You have excellent grammar, writing and editing skills.
  • You are a sharp thinker and fast-learner with an action oriented mindset and a drive to make things happen.
  • You have the ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment.
  • You are collaborative and great at building strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • You have great attention to detail.
  • You are courageous and passionately determined to reach set goals.
  • You have an interest in health and wellbeing as well a desire to create an impact and make a difference to society.
