Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst (FP&A) is the direct liaison between Finance and the different business segments. The FA will provide leadership, guidance and support in business modeling designed to improve and enhance efficiency/profitability, as well as financial results review for MTF. The FA will be the financial service provider to the business segments serving as a strategic business partner and liaison between segment management and functional management. The position also retains responsibilities for the preparation and distribution of budgets, forecasts, and subsequent analyses. The role provides financial analysis as needed to support management in decision making processes.

• 
  Complies and analyzes financial information from components of the organizational entity, and develops revenue/expense analyses, reports and presentations.
• Implements and manages new standardized reporting and analysis requirements and procedures across business units, segments and franchises.
• Identifies, tracks and reports critical business drivers and key performance indicators.
• Participation in project team environment to provide financial perspective.
• Prepares budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Collaborates with the general accounting staff.
• Gathers, analyzes, interprets and reports on budget to actual variances; reviews and analyzes results with department, segment and functional heads.
• Communicates with external partners and affiliates.
• Assists on special projects and performs additional duties as assigned.

• BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Five to eight years’ experience in Accounting/Finance
• Healthcare manufacturing environment and business unit analysis experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and senior level management
