We are looking for a detail oriented Content Quality Manager to assist the global content team at Deezer.

You will be working alongside the editorial, operations and catalogue teams to improve metadata quality and content indexation on the platform.

Your goal will be to verify the quality of content promoted in different parts of the platform and that the right content is promoted to ensure the best user experience.

What you will do:

• Updating key metadata and improving tagging of the music catalogue through dedicated tools.
• Work together with the Music Performance Project Manager to help improve optimisation of content quality.
• Take ownership of selected content projects, coordinate collaboration between stakeholders and report progress.
• Provide support to editorial teams by way of improving their tools, access to catalogue and creation of content.
• Keep track of performance of artist discographies and appeal of the in-app content offer.
• Reporting on progress and issues

This role is excellent for a person with:

• Intimate knowledge of music and the music industry supply chain .
• Good knowledge of music history and key artists/ albums of different genres.
• Ability to learn and understand new technical tools quickly, previous experience in content management is a plus.
• Data and performance driven mindset, comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas with clarity.
• Fluent in English
