What You’ll Do
The Content Strategist will support long-term growth of select Authentic owned & operated brands through customer-centric content creation across all digital touchpoints. Translating brand identities into relatable narratives, you’ll craft the tone of voice for customer-facing campaigns to help enhance the customer experience & connections to each brand. Using data-backed keyword research, you’ll find trending opportunities to capitalize upon from a merchandising and/or marketing POV, and work to embed that language into product descriptions, feature shops, emails, SMS, social, and paid advertising initiatives to drive revenue for each brand.
