Responsibilities - Job Location: Portland, Oregon (Remote)

• Develop scalable content strategy frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and content best practices to be applied across our expansive product-ecosystem

• Test and refine content based on audits, analytics, user feedback, and other performance data

• Write simple and jargon-free copy content for our web and mobile products

• Collaborate with other teams (design, marketing, data, engineering) to integrate messaging strategy and voice and tone across all parts of the user journey

• Participate in product development lifecycle to provide content critiques and feedback to peers

• Create and contribute to a content style guide to document content patterns and best practices for the product team to follow

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in UX writing and applying content strategy frameworks

• Broad understanding of information architecture, usability best practices, and design principles

• Ability to audit and analyze user journeys to identify areas to apply better content principles

• Experience with data collection, analysis, and solving content problems

• Strong project management skills and self-driven approach to work
