The Content Writer works with colleagues across the organization to produce web-based instructional content for our customers to consume online. They are also responsible for researching customer usability experiences and assessing the usability of our support website.

Content that will be created consists of writing help center articles that answer questions from customers about how to use DrFirst’s software and product lines in physician practices, hospitals, and in other healthcare settings. The Content Writer is also responsible for working closely with the Product and Marketing teams during the product release process to drive product utilization and continue adoption of the various applications implemented.

When not writing or producing content, the Content Writer will also be responsible for reviewing analytics for our support center and uses data to influence the content needed for an improved customer experience. They will also monitor feedback from internal groups about the effectiveness of the content and may conduct regular audits as necessary.

Currently this position is full-time and allows candidates to work remotely. Please note that all candidates must confirm they have high-speed internet and a secure location.
