Position Overview:
As a Senior Director, Enterprise Sales, you are responsible for demonstrating and selling our cutting edge, award winning, healthcare software solutions. You are a dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker, with an appreciation of corporate vision and goals. We provide tools and resources so that you can focus on generating revenue, building strong relationships while enabling our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users. The Sales Representative is consistently targeting new business opportunities.

What you will work on:
- Selling: You will effectively manage and execute on the full sales cycle of DrFirst’s solutions: Gaining Access, Qualifying, Discovery, Alignment, Presentation, Demo, Proposal, Negotiation, Closing

Organizing: Accurately forecast, build a strong pipeline and utilize opportunity strategy plans. Document all opportunities and activity in NetSuite our CRM.

Executing: Meeting or exceeding all strategic, quarterly and annual sales goals

Prospecting: Building your book of business through cold calling, emails, networking, leads, trade shows and conferences, partnership referrals and more

Producing: Maintain high activity levels every week to achieve all goals including onsite meetings, phone calls, trade show attendance and WebEx meetings

Building: Continue developing and maintaining industry knowledge and building successful sales techniques to ensure goals are achieved

You will be interacting and communicating with both external and internal prospects, clients, partners and team members

Communicating: Interfacing effectively with external and internal clients and teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree

Five plus (5+) years of a proven and consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in an enterprise or technical software solution sales environment within healthcare IT

Ability to conduct sales presentations and have sales conversations involving complex software solutions with CIOs, Directors of Pharmacy, Chief Medical Information Officers and Chief Nursing Officers

Direct or indirect Epic experience highly preferred

Successful history and experience in cultivating and building sales territories for new business development

Proven network of existing executive relationships

High Close Ratio of Sales Opportunities

Successful lead generation and gaining access to new sales opportunities

Maintain all activity metrics including calls, meetings and proposals

Ability and willingness to travel out of town to meet with potential clients
