Customer Success Manager LATAM

Contentful is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to work directly with customers in LATAM, ensuring they maximize value from the platform. The ideal candidate will drive retention and growth while representing Contentful as a trusted advisor.

Skills

Fully proficient in Spanish
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Understanding of modern content management and digital experience stack
Strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with around 25-30 enterprise accounts
Guide new customers to achieve value expectations
Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and influence customer health scores
Lead customer Business Reviews and renewal conversations
Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for product and go-to-market teams

Education

College/University Degree highly preferred
