Legal Counsel

Contentful is looking for a commercial transactions attorney to join their global GTM legal team, responsible for shaping legal facets of go-to-market strategies and commercial transactions.

Skills

Law degree and eligibility to practice in the US
3-5 years of commercial law experience in SaaS
Proven success negotiating complex deals
Analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
Innovative problem-solving and business judgment

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts
Work with cross-functional teams on vendor agreements
Advise on legal issues, risks, and deal structures
Support innovation of templates, policies, and workflows
Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments
Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Education

Law degree from an accredited US law school
