Job Description

As the Global Product Management Label Systems Business Application Manager, you act as a cross-operational interface between Product Management, R&D and IT and you are the owner of the PM-specific IT applications (Spromar, CTMD, PPM).

Your responsibilities are:

  • Owner of the PM-specific IT applications (Spromar, CTMD, PPM) -  and take care of their appropriate application and compliance with legal requirements internal standards and new business requirements
  • Drive the development of these systems within PM globally in cooperation with the respective IT, HRC, S&R and business functions
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Global/Central Key User of the PM systems: Coordinate and manage the regional key user community
  • Lead and/or participate in projects within the scope for Global Product Label Management Processes and Systems

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in applied science, engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial), business or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in R&D, product management, or application engineering preferably in the tire industry
  • Experience in cross-functional projects, ability to navigate within complex topics including multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in process development
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and sociable networking skills
