Job Description

Digital Solution – Data & Software Quality department at our location Hannover-Stöcken is in charge of manufacturing machine data generation, acquisition, data validation – building up data pipelines between manufacturing machines and IT systems – ensuring high data quality, worldwide.

Join our team as a Data Scientist / Python Developer Intern and play a crucial role in enhancing our data quality analyzer software. This is your chance to work on innovative projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the future of manufacturing.

Within this exciting work environment, we are offering an internship position starting as soon as possible. For the best learning experience possible, the internship should require a duration of 6 months.

Tasks include:

  • Software Development: Collaborate with the team to further develop and improve our data quality analyzer software using Python.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize your data science skills to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and implement solutions to improve data quality.
  • Tool Enhancement: Work on integrating new features and functionalities into the software to enhance its capabilities.
  • Support & Training: Assist in training engineers worldwide on how to use the software effectively and provide ongoing support.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from users to continuously improve the software.

Qualifications

  • Students (m/f/diverse) that study Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with software development
  • Very good command of English language skills (written and spoken)
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
