Pros

Diverse culture. Good benefits. Great work environment. Hybrid work model not strictly forced.

Cons

Pay is not always competitive. Hard work is not always rewarded. So large that each position in security is very granular so its hard to hands on experience in the full scope of Cyber Security.

  • Employee Resource Groups (Team Member Empowerment)- Dell’s Employee Resource Groups are communities within Dell where team members with common interests or backgrounds bring their collective voices together to drive innovation, create business opportunities and develop inspiring leaders. Because these groups are so powerful in shaping our culture and positively contributing to our business through increased employee engagement, we have set a goal for 50% percent of our team members to be involved in at least one ERG by 2030.
