The Continuous Improvement Analyst II plays a critical role in driving strategic improvement throughout the organization. This individual partners with local operations, corporate operations leadership, and executive management to develop, implement, and execute action plans aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. The CI Analyst II acts as a liaison between corporate and field operations, providing insights and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of strategic projects. This individual also helps identify inefficiencies, creates scalable continuous improvement strategies, and provides expertise in achieving and maintaining Site Certification. The CI Analyst II is an active participant in strategic project planning and plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are aligned with the organization's goals.

This person can sit anywhere in the US, the position is remote.

Drive Strategic Project Implementation and Continuous Improvement
  • Oversee the implementation of the Copernicus project, including the adoption of new IT systems and applications, and drive continuous improvement activities
  • Develop, establish, and track metrics to monitor the effectiveness of projects and identify areas for improvement

Facilitate Communication and Collaboration with Field Operations
  • Act as a point of contact for local sites to support process improvement, strategic project support, productivity enhancement, and OTD sustainability efforts
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Operations Managers, Multi-Market General Managers, and Project Managers, to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals.

Support Site Certification and Operational Living Case Activities
  • Provide support to the field for Operational Living Case activities and Site Certification efforts
  • Partner with operations directors and steering teams to achieve and maintain Site Certification
  • Serve as a resource to the field on process improvement initiatives and help drive site certification efforts

Drive Network-Wide Process Efficiencies through Continuous Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and develop scalable improvement strategies that can be tailored to individual sites as necessary
  • Continuously evaluate and make adjustments to processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness network-wide.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations management, or related field; equivalent work experience acceptable
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business operations, continuous Improvement, operations management or a technical support function
  • Knowledge and experience in systematic problem-solving and analytical techniques
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology/ software programming & design
  • Quality or safety background helpful; good data analytics and or project management; change management
  • Lean Six Sigma understanding helpful
  • Ability to lead or facilitate individual and/or large group discussions
  • Effective communication and relationship skills.
  • Strong organizational and math skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to coach, train, and be an effective leader. Self-directed.

Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years

Education Required: Bachelors Degree Preferred
