  • Improve the experience of our couriers, customers and restaurant partners across our global markets and drive tangible business impact

  • Analyse, quantify and articulate areas of opportunity and adopt a test and learn culture for new initiatives to quickly establish feasibility for scaling across markets

  • Drive a globalised and aligned approach while adapting for local needs

  • Work closely with key stakeholders including our markets and other global functions to ensure compliance and local regulations are adhered to

  • Prepare and implement process changes and monitor operational impact and quality, collaborating with the QA and Training team to ensure the successful implementation of these process changes

  • Clearly present and communicate plans and proposal to key stakeholders including Delco management

Can you deliver? Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

  • Proven track record of delivering tangible operational improvements

  • Solid analytical thinking and data-driven approach

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to deliver complex work through other colleagues and functions

  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate plans and impact to key stakeholders

  • Strong team player - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively

  • Independent thinker, proactive problem solver, able to see the big picture, and think “one step ahead”

  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
