Fluidra’s looking for a Contract Order Processing Representative to join our team at our office in Canby, OR.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
As an Order Processing Representative, you will serve as a key component of our team by interacting with customers via phone and email to help fulfill requests for quotes, order status updates and purchase order requirements. You will demonstrate your computer navigation skills and successfully collaborate with several departments including Transportation, Operations, Sales and Customer Service to expedite appropriate processing of customer purchases orders. Additionally, you will:

Effectively process incoming purchase orders to ensure accuracy of product, pricing and transportation requirements.

Prepare freight quotes based on requests from internal and external customers.

Provide basic product knowledge, pricing and shipping information to customers as needed.

Develop advanced proficiency in Epicor ERP system, electronic document management system and other programs as trained.

Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, document management, ERP and other programs as trained.

Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing any work, particularly order management.

Communicate with Customers, Sales, Operations, Transportation and department Lead to verify all information is correct and to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies with orders.

Acquire knowledge of customer base and unique customer requirements to complete orders and answer Customer questions accurately.
WHAT WE SEEK

Previous Order Fulfillment or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must have excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Must be detailed, accurate and process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Must have the ability to prioritize and urgently respond to order inquiries and discrepancies as they arise.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new processes.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute as a team member is helpful.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel along with excellent keyboarding skills are a must.
- Prior experience with CRM software and ERP systems preferred and electronic document management systems desired.
EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
