Responsibilities
Maximize portfolio potential by retaining clients and identifying upsell opportunities
Onboard and nurture clients via online platforms
Promote a self-service model to enhance efficiency and engagement
Take ownership of approximately 500-600 SME clients
Implement regional business plans
Engage with VOC, Product and Digital teams
Respond to incoming requests and ensure reaccreditation of accounts
