Looking for flexible and upbeat Cooks that are able to work quickly and efficiently while preparing dishes and take direction in a busy environment. This position will monitor food serving quality, service temperature and portion control guidelines to support service excellence. Must comply with meal schedule and production schedule to have food ready on time. Follow proper plate or pan presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Responsible for preparing all raw ingredients and food components required for daily menu such as: washing, chopping, grating, slicing, portioning, marinating, battering, breading, seasoning and panning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.75 per hour
