CRM Coordinator, Lead Gen
CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers. We seek a CRM Coordinator to help our CRM team enhance business performance through effective communication strategies.
Skills
- Experience in D2C email marketing
- CRM platform operation knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications for Lead Gen efforts
- Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap
- Support weekly performance reporting
- Assist in cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders
