Customer Experience Specialist - job 2 of 2
CookUnity is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance the client experience for their meal delivery service, connecting talented chefs with consumers. The role involves assisting customers part-time in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Experience in customer issue resolution
- Outstanding English communication skills

- Organizational skills under pressure
- Knowledge of nutritional information (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound requests from customers and resolve their issues.
- Address time-sensitive issues through email or chat.
- Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding their subscription.
- Escalate critical cases to CX Supervisor.
- Process orders and subscription requests.
