Operation and Logistics Control Tower Agent
CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers, revolutionizing meal delivery. We are looking for an Operation and Logistics Control Tower Agent to monitor and support operations.
Skills
- Experience in operations or logistics
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation software
- Advanced English level
- Data-driven and analytical skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Control the manufacturing and fulfillment processes in real-time
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Monitor 3PLs and alert the Logistics team for late deliveries
- Review KPIs and identify trends for improvements
- Propose and drive process optimization for efficiency and cost reduction
Education
- Advanced Student or graduate in a quantitative/technical field
