CookUnity is revolutionizing meal delivery while empowering working chefs. We are looking for an Operations Manager to provide operational oversight and leadership in Fulfillment and Logistics.
Skills
- Leadership experience in order fulfillment
- Project management skills
- Proficient with Google apps
- Experience with e-commerce frameworks
- Problem anticipation and proactive innovation
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic operational leadership across Fulfillment and Logistics
- Manage and motivate a team of associates and supervisors
- Oversee the meal sealing, labeling, picking, and packing process
- Evaluate logistics operations and streamline systems
- Build relationships with local 3PL partners
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to improve delivery
