šŸ”¹ā€ÆYou'llĀ 

  • Manage and set up the project controls capability for a major project or programme ā€“ people, procedures, systemsĀ 

  • Provide interpretation of the data in the monthly reporting to support prompt decision making by the SLTĀ 

  • Establish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and supervise the Project Control deliverable to collate monthly KPI & progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for the purposes of monthly business reportingĀ 

  • Implement effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the project lifecycleĀ 

  • Manage and co-ordinate the project controls function through the supply chainĀ 

  • Be responsible for integrating the disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, quality and reporting.Ā Ā 

  • Assurance of data and ensuring adherence to PMO policies, processes and standardsĀ

šŸ”¹ā€ÆAbout YouĀ 

EssentialĀ 

  • Professional experience undertaking Programme Controls Manager roles for the development and/or delivery of large, complex construction projectsĀ 

  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levelsĀ 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsĀ 

  • Ability to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders in order to identify and mitigate issues.Ā 

  • Experience managing and integrating risk, planning, cost change control, document control and reporting teams, having worked in at least one of these disciplines.Ā 

  • Experience in managing teams of highly skilled specialistsĀ 

  • Experience of managing project controls systemsĀ Ā

  • A professional Project Management qualificationĀ
