Senior Designer

ReconCraft is seeking a Senior Designer with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing design and production using 2D and 3D CAD programs. The role involves designing boats and maritime projects using SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and AutoCad software.

Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with marine mechanical systems and CAD/CAM manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

Create 3-D design models, detail designs, and manufacturing designs for boats and maritime projects
Utilize SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and AutoCad software to complete product 3-D models and production detailing files
Collaborate with engineering and production personnel to optimize designs for efficiency
Develop fixture and jig designs, including machining drawings and bill of materials

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field
