What you’ll do

As a member of our Brand Design team, you’ll be instrumental in helping shape a world-class brand. You'll have the opportunity to write for and edit company and marketing efforts including demand generation, product marketing, events, web and internal projects. You will work closely with the brand designers and our cross-functional partners to bring awareness to Lattice in a way that's true to our brand. This role will report to our Senior Brand Design Manager.

 

Deliver compelling brand awareness touch-points

  • Work across multiple channels including web, product marketing, demand generation and events, creating and editing copy for a variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to understand our product and create clear and engaging copy informed by your deep understanding of our target audience.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of a project and promote conceptual thinking among the team and with your stakeholders.
  • Partner with our Content team on videos and interactive content.

Support the evolution of our brand

  • Collaborate with marketing partners and Brand Design team members in shaping the evolution of Lattice's brand, voice, and strategy as our company and platform evolve.
  • Create compelling copy within established brand guidelines and ensure our brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Champion the needs of the prospect, customer, and business to identify gaps worth prioritizing.

 

Who you are

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience: you've created copy that brings awareness to companies and helps tell their story.
  • A hunger for collaboration: you do your best work when partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment and clarity.
  • Autonomous when you need to be: you're no stranger to the messy middle of the work, converging/diverging, assessing constraints and risk. You consider the brand and business needs of the company with each decision.
  • ​​Passionate about going beyond the brief: you proactively identify opportunities to improve the utility, usability, and desirability of business-critical brand experiences.
  • A great communicator: you’re an excellent storyteller, clear and concise in explaining your thought process and can communicate complex concepts simply. You have experience writing both long-form and short-form copy for web, landing pages, paid ads, event promotion and social copy.
  • Adept at planning and prioritization: your strong organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple projects across multiple teams, always with an eye out for building efficiency.


We'd be especially excited if you have...

  • Experience copywriting for B2B/SaaS space, or complex multi-product platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing partners to ensure copy is SEO friendly.
  • Experience working in-house.
  • Experience working with multi-timezone teams
