The Role:
We’re looking for a Copywriter who will be responsible for creative concepting and production across a major telcom brand. Working alongside an Art Director counterpart and reporting into Creative leadership, the Copywriter will be skilled in learning the client’s business objectives and accomplishing those through strategically sound creative ideas that put our clients in the epicenter of culture.
Your role will touch multiple account verticals but will be rooted in experiential, with the opportunity to bring brands to life at major events across MLB, college football, music festivals, and beyond.
You will be highly conceptual, ideating against each brief from platform concepts down to how concepts are brought to life through various executions. You will see through to execution in partnership with your Art Director counterpart, Production, Account Management, and with close mentorship by your Creative leadership. Responsibilities:
Help a brand’s MLB sponsorship continue to evolve and innovate through the development of award-worthy, industry-leading social concepts.
Lead the development, presentation, and optimization of creative ideas that bring The brands’ MLB partnerships to life across all social platforms throughout the baseball season.
Manage social production, editing, formatting, delivery, posting, and reporting for the client across all channels and platforms.
Develop social activation ideas and execution plans based on client objectives/budget.
Lead presentations to senior level client and/or agency executives and implement feedback to finesse ideas and concepts.
Build relationships with key client stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions across in the 160over90/Endeavor network as necessary to develop client programs.
Education and Skills:
A minimum of 5-7 years of agency, client, or property sponsorship, marketing, or advertising experience.
Experience developing social first ideas that build around culturally relevant moments, or react to things happening in culture.
A passion for and deep knowledge of baseball is ideal !
Ability to think/create on your feet and move at the speed of social, especially during real-time design development phases.
Strong understanding of the different social platforms and how to take advantage of what they offer.
Push creative boundaries by constantly pursuing new concepts and approaches, bringing new ideas to the table.
Articulate ideas in concise language, effectively communicating concepts to internal leaders and non-socially native audiences.
Takes a profound interest in the world around you – culture, music, film, sport, art, entertainment.
Must be able to work autonomously – taking ownership of your workload and able to juggle several projects at one time.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$90,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$120,000 annually
