Responsibilities

Maintain data center operations to ensure availability
Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs
Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures
Train internal teams and develop documentation
Provide technical support and maintain inventory

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent IT-related experience
Minimum of five years in a data center
