Director, Identity & Access Management

CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled Director for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead IAM strategy and initiatives. This role involves implementing IAM solutions and partnering with PKI and KMS teams.

Skills

Understanding of IAM frameworks and security protocols
Leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Experience with Privileged Access Management
Knowledge of Identity Governance and Directory Services

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and oversight of IAM engineering and operations teams.
Assess, design, implement, and maintain IAM platforms.
Create and maintain standard operating procedure documentation for IAM processes.
Stay updated on emerging IAM threats and technologies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IAM team members.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields
