Responsibilities:
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with a mix of work spent in office and working remote from home.
We are seeking a facilities coordinator who will aid in the implementation of company facilities and space planning activities. Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the day-to-day facility requests of our offices including maintenance tickets, furniture repairs, log into building portals, follow up with buildings and vendors.
Handling requests from vendors proposals for supplemental repairs.
Coordinating on going repair and preventive maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing maintenance in our offices.
Coordinating move process, maintain database and floor plans weekly, update space reports
Update and maintain CAD drawings of facility projects as needed to reflect new construction or furniture reconfiguration to keep drawings current.
Able to travel to regional offices to support maintenance and expansions of offices.
