What you'll do

In this role on AlixPartners' Corporate Services team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of strategic marketing activities in pursuit of raising the firm's brand awareness, engagement, and influence globally. Working alongside senior members of the marketing function and the firm's leadership, you will help to promote awareness and understanding of the brand internally and externally through the development of high-impact, integrated marketing initiatives, including the annual AlixPartners Disruption Index.

The Corporate Marketing Manager is a full-time role located in New York and reports to the Head of Corporate Marketing. Paid relocation is not available for this position.

  • Support the Firm's corporate brand and marketing strategy and development of corporate marketing strategy and as well as individual campaign development and execution.
  • Create campaign messaging pillars, ensuring that the practice content is aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Manage campaign fulfillment, acting as the main point of contact for shared marketing services, and external vendors where appropriate.
  • Provide project management support for individual corporate sponsorships, membership, and content programs, including the annual AlixPartners Disruption Index.
  • Support and execution of the Executive Visibility Program, a suite of external, multichannel communications programs including CEO communications.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners in delivering these programs.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team on building the brand's digital presence through social media and website activities and on the execution of corporate marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal communication and media relations teams on internal and external activities.
  • Work alongside colleagues in AlixPartners' international markets to best leverage corporate activity at local level.
  • Track and analyze agreed KPIs for corporate programs and create reports demonstrating the ROI on individual programs and the overall corporate marketing function as a whole.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of complex project management.
  • Proactive, responsive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple vendors.
  • Experience working effectively on cross-functional teams and with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively challenge the views of others, as well as your own, and successfully gain consensus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment and flexibility to accommodate multiple demanding projects' schedules and competing priorities many times under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

The firm offers a comprehensive benefits program including health, vision, dental, disability, 401K, tuition reimbursement, identity theft protection, and mental wellness support. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 7.34 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave, and twelve holidays.

The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $120,000 - $170,000 with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
