The Corporate Paralegal is an essential member of the legal and corporate compliance team. He or she will partner with members of the legal team on a daily basis to assist with various contracting, regulatory, and corporate functions. This position will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to members of the team who focus on commercial contracts, data privacy and protection, global issues, regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, employment law, legal operations, and other general corporate matters. The successful candidate must be agile, with a demonstrated ability to pivot and manage a workload properly and timely, and the desire to work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment of a highly regulated healthcare company.

Primary Responsibilities for Corporate Paralegal:
- Draft and review contracts including NDAs, service agreements, complex amendments, vendor agreements, and other templated agreements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders throughout the contract process from request to execution. Ensure their adherence to contract-related policies and procedures and help troubleshoot and resolve contract issues and challenges.
- Work closely with Customer Success on the client contract administration processes, including handling requests, facilitating notices, tracking of customer renewals, and ensuring appropriate execution of all legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on a variety of topics such as data privacy, compliance, changes in the laws/regulations relevant to the business, and global issues.
- Support the legal team in responding to subpoenas, search warrants, and other similar requests.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with Legal Operations to provide general administrative support for the Legal Team including maintaining the G-drive, updating intranet content, and serving as the DocuSign point of contact for contract signatures.
- Partnering with other departments, including the People and Finance teams, for various projects as needed.
Qualifications for Corporate Paralegal:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college; Paralegal certification preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a Paralegal.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, technology, vendor agreements, and marketing agreements.
- Ability to independently and thoroughly research, analyze, organize, and clearly summarize issues for lawyers and non-lawyers alike.
- Exceptionally strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects in a busy work environment, while being a critical (and often autonomous) go-to partner for fellow peers in the company and legal department.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability over assigned projects and tasks.
- Excited about working on a broad variety of corporate matters.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow.
- Participate as a team player in all phases of the organization; remain open and responsive to change.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personnel data, proprietary information, and sensitive materials as required.
- Experience with technology such as Ironclad, Google Workspaces, and Jira Service Management a plus.
The target salary range for this position is $109,500 to $ 135,250 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
