Corporate Procurement Year Round Intern

This candidate will assist the Procurement Team on day-to-day activities including managing the contingent labor program, spend analysis on CME's vendors, and testing new instances of our ERP system, Workday. The candidate will also be exposed to projects that the team is working on at the time.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage the contingent labor program for CME
• Meet with international vendors through video/teleconferencing in support of IT offshore services program
• ERP Testing of new modules & instances
• Spend reports analysis
• Adhoc Procurement Projects

Skills / Software Requirements:

• Very strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Education:
Currently pursuing a BA/BS Degree
Minimum GPA of 3.0

Local to Chicago
Typical hours are 30-40 hours per week.
