Program Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Drive operational excellence by building scalable frameworks for learning content
- Navigate ambiguity and identify areas for improvement
- Develop budget forecasts and track actuals
- Standardize workflows and templates across client programs
- Analyze data to drive decisions and develop KPIs
- Manage resource allocation for competing deadlines
- Present program updates to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL certifications (preferred)
